1.Types of information collected
In order to provide our services to you we will ask you for personal information that is necessary for us to successfully provide those services. If you do not provide us with this personal information, we may not be able to provide our products or services to you.

1)Account related information: we will collect your account(uid), nickname, email address, as well as the device bound under the account, other account sharing relationship added under the account, and geographical location information of the account.
2)Software related information: we will collect the version number of your software or plug-in and the language information (such as English) you use.
3)Hardware device related information
Device version related information: information about your device. For example, device serial number, device model, firmware package version number, hardware version number, master firmware version number, Bluetooth firmware version number, fingerprint firmware version number, media version number, plug-in version number. It also includes the device name that you set yourself, which you can change arbitrarily through the device name feature in the plug-in.
4)Device status information: battery level information of the door lock, keypad battery level, binding status with App, volume setting status, physical state of the door lock (unlocking or unlocked), physical state of the door (on, off, mask), network connection status of the device, binding and connection status information between devices.
5)User operation setting information: automatic lock waiting time, automatic lock opening function switch state, automatic lock function switch state, door long open alarm function switch state, equipment installation location naming, fingerprint, password, Bluetooth key number and survival state and corresponding ID; geolocation of devices, door lock calibration status record.
6)Device dynamics and operation records, we will collect the following information:
•Door lock name: the name of the door lock that you set;
•Device sharing information: Lockin account, phone number and email address used for device sharing, and sharing validity period;
•Automatic locking time: the waiting time for automatic locking after the lock is unlocked;
•Password: permanent password, time period password, periodic password and temporary password including one-time password, password name, effective date (start date and end date), valid time period, repetition rule, user nickname corresponding to password, email/phone and other information;
•Security password: the password in the plug-in , that used to verify the availability of the device;
•Fingerprint: left and right hand and finger, fingerprint name, fingerprint information, fingerprint corresponds to user account information; The above mentioned passwords, security passwords and fingerprints are only stored locally, instead of storing user input passwords or fingerprints to the cloud;
•Volume: volume of the unlock prompt (including the volume of the door lock wake-up, key sound and the volume of the unlock prompt);
•Operation record: record of the operation of the above functions and the setting of locks, including the records of unlocking failure and success, the records of fingerprint and password addition and deletion, the record of volume adjustment of lock opening prompt, and the record of automatic lock waiting time adjustment;
•Door lock dynamics: records of door lock usage and abnormal door lock detection;
•Feedback information: the commonly used contact information, feedback content and problem log you submitted to us when giving feedback.
2. How these personal information will be use
We may use personal information for the following purposes:
1)Collect the account, nickname, E-mail address and the relationship of sharing account in the information related to your account, so as to record your historical information and the corresponding relationship of users you bind/share the device, so as to provide the device sharing service; collect information about your account address and location to determine your distance from home and to provide you with the automatically unlock function.
2)The purpose of collecting software plug-in information and user account information is to provide better use experience for your version update message push and other functional modules.
Your language information is collected in order to tailor a particular language package to your language usage.
4)For the purpose of displaying device status in the App, we collect device status information to inform you of the current status of your device, so as to improve your App experience.
5)Collect the information about the operation settings of your device, such as the setting information of the automatic locking waiting time mentioned above, so as to present the current state that can be automatically judged to achieve the desired effect according to your settings; when we collect the password and fingerprint ID of your lock device, we don't store the real password and fingerprint information on our server. We only record the password and ID of the corresponding user account to record who is the corresponding operator of the specific operation; we collect the geolocation of your device in order to provide you with the function of automatic unlock, and collect the information of your lock calibration status in order to record the mechanical state corresponding to the correct lock locking and unlocking, so as to ensure that the state record after calibration is consistent with the state under real operation.
Collect your device ID information corresponding to your account in order to provide after-sales service and customer support, as well as services provided through the device or website.
6)We will use your device serial number, device ID, firmware version information and/or plug-in version information in the App bundled with the device for the purpose of determining the identity of a particular device, so as to provide service or troubleshooting when you get help from the service team.
We collect the device name you edited in order to show you the name of the device in the plug-in.
Get your on/off state setting and wait time setting for automatic locking of locks to cooperate with automatic locking function to achieve automatic locking upon expiration. Get your nickname, phone number, email address, sharing period, password information so that when sharing the device, you can inform the sharers and the permissions of the sharers to use the device.
To obtain the security password information you store locally and store the password ID in the cloud is to provide you with the unlocked operation that can be used normally, as well as the display of the relevant record information after the operation of the device, so that you can know the current status and operation history of the device.
We collect the volume information of your device in order to let you know the current specific volume value before setting the volume, so as to be a reference for you to set the volume.

The purpose of collecting operation records, device status, locking time, shared information and permission information is to analyze the statistical information related to the use of our products and services, so as to understand and improve the response speed of the device.
•Analysis and optimization: we may use the information related to the door lock to calculate the number of activated devices, the number of online devices, the success rate of device operation, analyze the distribution of firmware version, etc., calculate the success rate of fingerprint lock opening by using the failed and successful records, analyze the problems and optimize the experience.
•Notification push: we use unlock records to provide you with remote push message notification function, and use security event records to provide you with remote push message alarm function.
•Device usage record and display: we may use the account information provided by you and the user name you set as Bluetooth key mark, and display relevant user information when pushing notifications to you.
•Collect user feedback: the feedback you choose to provide is invaluable to help improve our services. In order to track the feedback you choose to provide, YUNDING may use the personal information you provide to contact you and keep records.
•After-sales service: we may use the door lock related information, account information to query the working status of your equipment, in order to solve the problem affecting your use.
3. Direct marketing
We may use your email address, Lockin account number to provide you relating to goods and services of YUNDING companies and our business partners. We will only use your personal data after we obtain your prior explicit consent and involve a clear affirmative action we have obtained your consent or indication of no objection in accordance with local data protection laws, which may require separate explicit consent. You have the right to opt out of our proposed use of your personal data for direct marketing. If you no longer wish to receive certain types of email communications you may opt-out by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication or send email to email@example.com to unsubscribe. We will not transfer your personal data to our business partners for use by our business partners in direct marketing.
4. Cookies and other technologies
1)What information is collected and how is it used: Technologies such as cookies, tags, and scripts are used by us to collect your behavior data when visiting our official website.
