YUNDING INTERNATIONAL PTE.LTD and its affiliated companies and subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we", "us" or "YUNDING") deem that your personal privacy is very important to you, and therefore take your privacy rights seriously. The Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer and process your information, and the rights to determine how we process the information about you that we collected or held in the following circumstances: your visiting or using our website and network resources (www.Lockin.com) and any services we provide to you, collectively referred to as "services".

YUNDING carries out its business around the globe, so the personal information we collect in accordance with the Policy may be transferred, stored, and processed in different countries or regions. We will strictly abide by the laws, regulations, and requirements related to the protection of personal information, though applicable laws and regulations of the country or region where we operate may be different from those of the country/region where you live. Therefore, in order to promote our operations, under the framework of personal information protection we may transfer your personal information to other countries or regions where we conduct business. Our privacy and security practices are designed to provide global protection for your personal information, no matter where your information is stored.
In particular, when the personal information of users in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom is transferred to a recipient outside the EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom and the recipient is not considered to have sufficient information protection capabilities, we will ensure compliance with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in the information transmission.

The personal information collected and generated within the mainland of the People's Republic of China during our operations will be stored in data centers in the Chinese mainland unless cross-border transmission is permitted in accordance with applicable laws.
We take commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical protection methods to ensure the integrity and security of your personal information. YUNDING provides multiple protection strategies to effectively ensure the security of user and device information.
In terms of device access, we apply YUNDING's proprietary algorithms to ensure data isolation, access authentication, and authorization applications.
In terms of data communication, we adopt security algorithms and encryption protocols for transmission as well as commercial-level information encryption transmission based on dynamic keys.
For data processing, we adopt strict data filtering and verification, as well as complete data review processes.
In terms of data storage, all confidential information of users will be securely encrypted for storage.
If you think that your interaction with us is no longer secure for any reason (e.g., if you believe that the security of your YUNDING account has been compromised), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us immediately.
If any security incident occurs that affects your personal information security, we will notify you as soon as possible via the email address or phone number you provided, or via push notifications, etc., to inform you of suggestions on how to reduce and prevent related risks. When necessary, we will take corresponding remedial actions promptly and in line with our internal security event emergency plans, and report to relevant competent authorities in accordance with regulations.

No payment is required in the exercising of your personal rights. According to local data protection laws, if your account service is provided in the Chinese mainland, we will respond to your requests within 15 working days; if your account service is provided outside of the Chinese mainland, we will respond to your requests within 30 calendar days.
In your requests, please specify what information you wish to modify, whether you wish to delete your personal information from our database, or what restrictions you wish us to be subject to when we use your personal information. Please note that, for security reasons, we may need to verify your identity before processing your requests further.
• Request access to your personal information that we process;
• Request us to rectify your personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• Request us to delete your personal information;
• Request temporary or permanent restrictions on our processing of part of or all of your personal information;
• Request us to process your information based on your consent or a contract signed with you, and to transfer your personal information to you or a third party when we automatically process your information.
You can send an email to privacy@Lockin.com to submit a request to withdraw your consent to us collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal information for which we keep or control. We will process your request within a reasonable time after you have sent the request, and we will, as you have required, no longer collect, use and/or disclose your personal information after that.
Please note that withdrawing your consent will lead to certain legal consequences. According to the scope of your personal information for which you have withdrawn consent to allow us to process, this may result in you being unable to enjoy our services.
Cancelation of Services or Accounts
You can cancel services or your accounts by sending an email to privacy@Lockin.com. You will not be able to use our services when you have canceled your accounts. Please be careful with your operation.
Data Retention Period
We will process your personal information within the shortest period of time required to achieve the purpose stated in the Policy unless we are required to retain it for a longer period of time according to specific legal requirements We will determine an appropriate retention period based on the quantity, nature, and sensitivity of your personal information, and we will destroy your personal information when the retention period ends.
1) We will retain your information in accordance with the Terms of Service and the Policy to meet your requests of products and services;
2) When you explicitly request to delete your personal information, we will set your request as a task and no longer keep your personal information. We will take appropriate methods to prevent further use of your personal information if we are unable to destroy the data for technical reasons.
Privacy Protection for Minors
YUNDING's services are mainly for adults. Minors under the age of 14 (hereinafter referred to as "children") are not allowed to create their own user accounts without the consent of their parents or guardians. Our Policy does not require children's personal information or the sending any promotional materials to children.
YUNDING will not seek or attempt to seek any personal information from children. We hold that it is the responsibility of parents to supervise children's use of our products and services.
